Yes, there are problems with the transfer. I made the transfer after carbon carbon got banned. I played a tournament for both.

It sucks that you cant trust people now days. I would love to be able to trust people to trade money, but sadly thats the type of people scammers look for.

Is it possible to sit down in a heads up and do some chip dumping at the same time on each site so that its fair for both of you? That way no one can get cheated more then 1 dollar or so.

Yes, it's possible; however, most if not all sites do not allow chip dumping. Read their terms of agreement. Violations can result in having your account frozen/banned. And it DOES happen.
