This can be done with freerolls at Carbon because I've seen it with Poker-Freerollers and a few other forums. It was done by CardsChat on FTP and it worked like a charm. Nobody but members get in and only those that get a password. Instead of being paranoid about password sharing it can be done once, sent in, and updated on a weekly or monthly basis to add new members, etc. Just trying to be helpful.

It can be done, but I've already talked to Carbon and they highly prefer that the restricted list is only players with their accounts tagged to PFO's affiliate link.

Of course I would love that, but it's just not practical. I am in talks with Carbon though to do exactly that with all the players that are tagged to our affiliate links.

Once you created a group, you can set a password that only you and your buddies know, right?
